During this week of presence, the essence of our practice will be inspired by the vipassana method. Vipassana is the pure essence of meditation. This form of meditation transcends all the world’s Buddhist traditions and yoga schools. It is the oldest form of meditation taught for centuries in Asia.
Vipassana is so simple and direct, that it enables a radical encounter with all that lies hidden within oneself and demands to be “seen” in order to be liberated.
The ultimate aim of this practice is to liberate the self from all that is false, and reach a state of Samadhi. In this state, an indestructible inner peace emerges, and consciousness finally regains its natural fullness.
