I have verified that I am available on the dates of the retreat and/or trip and that I have no family or professional obligations at the same time.
I understand that in the event I must cancel my participation, the deposit I have given is non-refundable*.

* The deposit is non-refundable. In the event that you must cancel your participation in the retreat, if you cancel no more than 15 days before the start of the retreat, we can transfer your deposit to another retreat.
